Chad O. Hancock is the Chief of Operations with Tanauan Continental LLC. Chad has been in public safety for over 18 years in Indiana and The Department of Defense.
Chad has spent three years at McMurdo Station, Antarctica working within the United States Antarctica Program (USAP). He has extensive aviation aircraft firefighting experience that includes working at the Indianapolis International Airport, as well as; airfields in Antarctica and Saudi Arabia. In 2019, he obtained his Airport Master Firefighter from the Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Working Group (ARFFWG) & the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
Chad worked as a training advisor and firefighter/paramedic in Saudi Arabia. This included working with the Saudi Arabian National Guard members to teach them the basics of firefighting, driver operator, live fire evolutions and perform on-the-job training with them. Chad also conducted fire and life safety/ LOTD inspections during testing and maintenance of protection systems.
Chad was the co-owner of a small business that supported fire department training in Indiana. Public Safety & Responder Training LLC has operated in Indiana since 2015. The business focus was on providing CPR/AED, First Aid, Hazardous Materials, Firefighter I/II classes, Tactics and Strategies, Fire Officer, Fire Instructor training in much of South central Indiana.
In addition, he holds B.S. in Fire Administration, A.A.S in Paramedic Science and A.A.S in Fire Science and Safety Technology
