Lance E. Moffa is The Director of Project Management with Tanauan Continental LLC. Lance has been in public safety for over 30 years in The United States Coast Guard and the state of Mississippi.

 

While serving in the US Coast Guard Lance has had the honor of providing Public Safety in the fire service and in Law Enforcement Detachment.

 

Lance has extensive experience in the military and federal government working as a SME as a hazardous materials technician and advanced containment recovery, emergency response, community plan development, fire prevention, and exercise design and evaluation. 

 

Working in Mississippi Government, Lance utilized his expertise and knowledge of staffing requirements for small and large-scale government contracts.  His over site of various service operations including the hiring of personnel to include validating positions and training of personnel, managing departmental human resources and lead construction documents and plans reviewer.

 

As the program administrator for Jackson County Mississippi, Lance proved his dedication and demonstrated abilities to be instrumental in many government construction projects. While overseeing site geography elevations, landscape drainage systems, right of easement and land research, he also ensured contractual obligations including wet lands delineations providing professional coordination design and development construction finalization to assist in compliance of all projects.

 

In his leisure time, Lance enjoys spending time with his nephew and niece boating, fishing, cycling, archery, and other outdoor sports.  

 

In addition, he holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and Associate of Science in Construction Management Technology.
