Avery J. Dailey is the Chief of Special Projects with Tanauan Continental LLC. Avery has been in public safety for over 12 years in South Carolina and The Department of Defense.

Avery became interested in the fire service in 2008 at the age of 14.  He began as a Firefighter Explorer with the Lancaster Fire Department in Lancaster, South Carolina.  In 2012 he started as a Volunteer Firefighter for the Rich Hill Volunteer Fire Department. During this time Avery responded to numerous calls and continued furthering his education and training. In 2014, he began his professional career with the Lancaster Fire Department.  Conducting first due area pre fire planning and walk through inspections. He also served on the Hazmat and Technical Rescue Team.

Avery deployed to Saudi Arabia in 2017 working on his first Department of Defense Contract. He worked on the OPM SANG contract with the US Army, Saudi Arabian National Guard. Avery began working as a training advisor and Firefighter-EMT where he trained Saudi Arabian National Guard personnel on firefighting I, aircraft firefighting, emergency vehicle operations, fire department operations, First aid and CPR/AED.  Avery also started conducting fire and life safety /LOTD inspections on aircraft hangers, dining facilities, medical facilities and high rises.

Avery Deployed to Poland in 2022, where he worked as a Firefighter-EMT supporting US Navy operations.  While in Poland, Avery continued to utilize his skills and expertise by conducting Fire and Life Safety  inspections on existing and new facilities per NFPA 1, NFPA 101, USFOR-A and IAW- UFC 1-200-01 and conducting Technical Inspections/LOTD inspections on UL listed 300 hood systems inspection per NFPA 96 2021, clean agent systems per NFPA 2001 2022, aerosol suppression systems per NFPA 2010 2020, and performed acceptance testing on detection and notification systems per NFPA 72 2022 edition.
