Matthew A. Clark is the Director of Planning and Logistics with Tanauan Continental LLC. Matthew has over 29 years of Logistics/Supply Chain Management while in the US Air Force and as a DOD Contractor.
Matthew started working in Logistics when he joined the USAF in 1995 while stationed at Whiteman AFB, Mo in support of the B-2 Stealth Bomber. From there he went to preform logistical functions all over the world to include Okinawa, Japan, the Republic of South Korea, Robins AFB, Georgia, and several deployments to places such as Iraq, Jordan, Afghanistan, UAE, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During his career he has worked every level of logistics, from base level, to regional supply, and finally at Air Combat Command HQ in Langley AFB, Virginia. While at ACC HQ, he was in charge of equipment accounts for 13 stateside bases and all of the bases in the Middle East. He also assisted in the writing of the Air Forces Equipment Management Air Force Instruction 23-101.
His last duty station was at Kunsan, AFB Republic of Korea where he broadened his area of expertise and was chosen to work as a part of the Inspector General to run the wing commanders compliance program. He managed 550 subordinate programs for 17 functional entities. He acted as the Inspection Control Team Lead and tracked training expectations for 186 inspection team members while managing 350+ personnel.
After Matthew retired from the Air Force in 2019, he deployed to Saudi Arabia to work in Logistics on his first Department of Defense Contract with Vinnell Arabia where he worked on the OPM SANG contract with the US Army, Saudi Arabian National Guard. Matthew began working with Vinnell Arabia Quality Assurance as the assistant Document Control Specialist and Lead Logistics Auditor. He was dedicated to daily enforcement of compliance with AS9110, Performance Work Statement along with contract data requirements while coordinating deliverables across five locations using document control, internal audits, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Review internal objectives, priorities, and limiting factors and develop action plans to ensure deliverables throughout the Middle East.
In addition he holds Master’s Degree in Leadership, Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and an Associate degree in Logistics
