About us

Our goal is to identify and prioritize local risks, along with integrating resources in public safety to reduce any risk of occurrence and impact on fire related emergencies. The following approach will help in mitigating community risk.

Fire Prevention Education

Our company offers over 75 years hands on instructor experience in providing companies such as yours the courage to be safe. We help command staff ensure that everyone goes home. We do this through expanding on leadership, accountability, culture in the work place and knowledge being the elements that need to be addressed. We offer them the courage to be safe by providing fire warden, fire extinguisher, first aid and CPR training Through education and training, companies can improve their survivability by understanding the root causes of injuries and fatalities in building fires

Courses We Offer

CPR/AED Training

 We offer Heartsaver CPR/AED course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who would like to have the training for work or other reasons. These courses can provide the confidence in order to help others in need.  Upon completion of the Heartsaver CPR/AED course we will provide the students a card that is valid for 2 years.

Fire Extinguisher Training

We offer live fire, fire extinguisher training for personnel as it is your first line of defense in dealing with incipient stage fires. A person trained to use a fire extinguisher in most cases, a can extinguish a small fire early on and save lives and property.  We provide on-site training at your place of business. Our interactive training program will satisfy OSHA’s requirements that all employees receive annual educational training on the proper use of fire extinguishers. All participants will receive a certificate of completion valid for 12 months.

Fire Warden Training

We provide fire warden training a comprehensive program that provides participants with the knowledge and skills to carry out the necessary responsibilities of a fire warden. The course covers topics such as firefighting tactics, fire safety, evacuation procedures and accountability at muster points.

With the completion of the course, participants will be able to provide leadership during a fire and manage an emergency evacuation to help save lives.

Fire and Life Safety Inspections

Our professional public safety personnel offer over 75 plus years work experience in providing Fire and Life Safety Inspections, performing technical/LOTD inspections per NFPA 1 and 101 along with acceptance testing on protection systems, aerosol systems and clean agent systems per NFPA 13,17, 17A, 20, 25, 96, 750, 2001 and 2010. Tanauan Continental LLC offers building construction and documents and plans review personnel who are available to ensure Fire and Life Safety codes are met before and during construction projects.

Fire Investigations

We provide a team of expert fire investigators with over 53 years experience conducting fire investigation per NFPA 921. In nearly every fire, you must have an origin before you can determine the cause.  We conduct an exterior/ outlaying area examination of a house/ building and structure fire, that reveals the greatest amount of damage to the interior from exterior portion of the structure.  Our team then conducts an inspection of the exterior of the structure by inspecting the areas of the least damage and proceeding to the area of the most damage.  The inspection of every fire scene is conducted using a systematic approach with appropriate attention given to all relevant details.
